The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet both creative and strategic objectives. The role involves coordinating internal teams, managing resources, and maintaining client communication to ensure smooth project execution. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution of client projects.
- Collaborate with the Account, Creative and Technical teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure smooth workflows and high‑quality outcomes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee WordPress website projects, including theme selection, customization, plugin management, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with the engineering team on HubSpot integrations, including API connections, workflows, and CRM setup.
- Communicate with HubSpot support to explore new features and creative solutions for client operational needs.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and taking steps to mitigate them.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation (briefs, schedules, scopes, and change logs).
- Manage external vendors and freelance talent, negotiating contracts and overseeing their deliverables.
- Contribute to new business proposals by scoping, estimating project timelines, and defining resource requirements.
- Support senior management in mentoring junior staff, promoting a collaborative, growth‑oriented team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or project management within a creative, development, or agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage WordPress projects, including content updates, customizations, and client handovers.
- Strong understanding of digital production processes, from concept to deployment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar.
- Strong interest in marketing, creative production, and web technology.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
