Position Overview
The Marketing Strategy Executive will play a key role in shaping and executing the strategic and creative direction of Eclectique’s portfolio of brands. This person will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing members, and cross‑country Creative and Design Teams, while collaborating with the F&B Operations Team to ensure consistent brand storytelling and impactful marketing execution across all touchpoints.
The role requires a strong strategic mindset and a deep understanding of each brand’s mission, values, and target audience. The individual will be responsible for translating these insights into comprehensive marketing strategies, innovative campaigns, and cohesive brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple award‑winning lifestyle and dining concepts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
- Conduct research on viral trends, cultural insights, and audience behavior within the F&B and hospitality industry to create data‑informed and culturally relevant campaign ideas.
- Develop and execute compelling brand narratives and content strategies tailored to each brand’s unique positioning across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Oversee website updates, visual layout, and content integration, ensuring optimal user experience, campaign alignment, and adherence to SEO best practices for enhanced visibility.
- Plan and implement omni‑channel marketing strategies across digital and physical touchpoints —including social media, email, website, and print media (posters, flyers, roll‑up banners, in‑store materials), ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all customer interactions.
2. Content & Creative Execution
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design team to deliver all campaign visuals and content formats required for Meta and other digital advertising platforms.
- Conduct end‑to‑end product photo and video shoots, including concept development, styling, and execution to support ongoing marketing and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure brand identity, creative quality, and campaign timelines are consistently maintained.
3. Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze monthly campaign performance reports across platforms.
- Identify high‑performing content types, assess audience insights, and recommend optimizations for future marketing strategies.
- Translate data and insights into actionable steps to improve ROI, engagement, and customer retention.
4. Influencer Marketing & Public Relations
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, media partners, and collaborators aligned with each brand’s positioning.
- Support PR campaigns, editorial coverage, and cross‑brand partnerships to drive awareness and enhance brand credibility.
5. Event Planning & Brand Activations
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute brand events, collaborations, and promotional activations that strengthen customer engagement and market visibility.
- Work closely with operations, PR, and influencer teams to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency across events.
6. Customer Experience & Review Management
- Monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and other digital platforms.
- Identify recurring themes or issues and coordinate with internal teams to implement improvements and reinforce positive brand perception.
7. Ad Hoc & Cross‑Brand Initiatives
- Support multi‑brand marketing initiatives, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent execution across all Eclectique brands.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as needed to support the marketing team.
- Manage multiple brands simultaneously to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
