Soul & Tables is run by a young, dynamic and enthusiastic team taking care of Sales, Marketing and Operations. We also have our own delivery and technical team. We are looking for a young, enthusiastic “furniture lover” to join our team!

We're seeking a creative and versatile Creative Designer to join our team. This multifaceted role combines design excellence with hands‑on customer engagement, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and loves bringing brand visions to life across multiple touchpoints.

As our Creative Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our visual identity—from eye-catching social media content to stunning in‑store displays and comprehensive catalogues. Beyond design, you'll also connect directly with customers, providing exceptional service that brings our furniture collections to life.

• Conceptualize and design diverse marketing materials including social media graphics (organic content and paid ads), email newsletters, in‑store signage, and product catalogues
• Edit photos and videos to showcase our furniture collections in their best light
• Create 3D floor plan visuals for showroom layouts and custom client projects
• Maintain and enhance showroom aesthetics through strategic display merchandising
• Collaborate with marketing and copywriting teams to develop compelling visual narratives
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and touchpoints
• Stay current with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns

• Provide end‑to‑end customer service with warmth and professionalism
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Follow up with prospects and monitor customer satisfaction
• Welcome showroom visitors and provide knowledgeable sales assistance
• Process orders including preparing invoices, sending confirmations, and coordinating delivery schedules

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and versatile style
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into compelling visuals
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and project requirements
• Flexible to work on weekends
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude—not afraid to take initiative
• Collaborative team player who works well across departments

• Previous experience as a Creative/Graphic Designer (professional or internship)
• Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D visualization
• Digital marketing knowledge (SEM/SEO)
• Passion for design, architecture, and furniture
• Proficiency in a second language
