As an integral part of the marketing discipline, Public Relations and Marketing Communications (PRMC) are strategic functions that encompass the actions we take to influence our external guests, internal guests, owners, company and community‑at‑large.
Under the leadership of the Director of Public Relations and Marketing Communications, this role supports the PRMC Team by delivering on‑brand messaging through compelling visuals and engaging content across all communication touchpoints, with the goal of strengthening The Ritz‑Carlton brand and enhancing its mystique.
The Graphic Designer & Multimedia Content Creator is responsible for crafting elegant static marketing collateral as well as dynamic multimedia content that showcases the luxury experience synonymous with The Ritz‑Carlton. Additionally, this role serves as a creative consultant to internal departments, providing innovative ideas while keeping in line with The Ritz‑Carlton brand voice.
This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design combined with hands‑on skills in photography and videography, particularly for digital marketing campaigns, enabling the creation of visually captivating storytelling across all platforms.
