Procurement Manager

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships and execute procurement strategies. The successful candidate will support the procurement function, implement policies, and conduct market research. A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within ACMV or construction is required. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. This position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth.
Formación
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in ACMV / M&E / Construction.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV materials, equipment, and construction procurement processes.
- Proven experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Good understanding of cost control, market pricing, and compliance requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Support procurement function within an organization.
- Execute procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely procurement.
- Assist in development and implementation of procurement policies and processes.
- Conduct vendor selection, negotiation, ensuring favorable terms.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide efficient procurement support.
- Market research, cost management, and compliance also part of their responsibilities.
- Collaborate across departments and teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and support organizational objectives.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Management or Director.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in ACMV / M&E / Construction.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV materials, equipment, and construction procurement processes.
