The opportunity

Join LEARNPF PTE LTD as an AI Engineer (Mathematics Content & Automation) and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the way students learn and teachers teach. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence to develop advanced educational technologies that enable better learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Phase 1: Hands-On Content Creation (Human + AI Workflow)

• Help craft high-quality math questions across various levels (K–12, pre-university, early undergraduate).

• Generate diagrams, graphs, and other visual elements that accompany these questions.

• Use AI tools (LLMs, image-generation models, procedural graphics) to streamline content production while maintaining accuracy and pedagogical clarity.

• Work with Head Content to ensure content is aligned with learning objectives and standards.

• Orchestrate the process under the direction of the Head Content

Phase 2: Build Automation Systems

After gaining a deep understanding of our content workflow, you will help us design and implement an AI-powered system that automates parts of the question-generation and visualization process.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI-based applications, with a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

• Knowledge of educational theories, instructional design, and learning management systems

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on student learning and teacher effectiveness

• Nice to have - Past experience as a tutor
