We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our AI & Automation Centre of Excellence. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on full stack developer with strong interests in GenAI, workflow automation, and agentic AI technologies.

• Design and implement internal GenAI applications, including chatbot systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and autonomous agentic AI solutions.

• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using internal datasets to improve performance for domain-specific tasks.

• Collaborate with and manage offshore developers and external partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of AI and automation projects.

• Support and guide business users in the Citizen Developer program to promote AI and automation literacy and adoption.

• Maintain and enhance existing AI and automation platforms, ensuring availability, scalability, and performance.

• Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of AI & Automation projects.

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education.

• Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web app frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Node.js), and front-end frameworks (e.g., Svelte, React, Vue).

• Experience with GenAI deployment platforms such as Open WebUI, Ollama API, or Azure OpenAI. And Hands-on experience in fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, GPT) with internal datasets.

• Familiar with TensorFlow; knowledge of PyTorch and experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI for agentic AI development is a plus.

• Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Ubuntu Linux environments.

• Ability to manage and collaborate with offshore teams and vendors.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward innovation.

• Deep passion for AI and eagerness to explore and apply new technologies.
