About the job

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Lead with expertise in Node.js and/or .NET, along with proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), REST APIs, and cloud environments. As a Full Stack Lead, you will lead a team of developers, oversee the technical aspects of projects, and ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of robust web applications leveraging cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Node.js and/or .NET, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Ensure seamless integration of backend services with front-end interfaces through RESTful APIs.
  • Manage the deployment of applications to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct and lead code reviews, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, from frontend to backend.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in cloud development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in Node.js and/or .NET and their respective ecosystems.
  • Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Svelte, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and services development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
