About the role

The Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a dedicated Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager/ Assistant Manager, Corporate Planning to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our Outram Central Region office. In this highly strategic role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation's corporate planning initiatives, playing a vital part in driving the Centre's overall objectives.

What you'll be doing
  1. Facilitate key management meetings, leadership retreats and institutional events.

  2. Administer the SNEC work plan and budget cycle.

  3. Maintain oversight of key institutional performance indicators.

  4. Support organisational transformation and development initiatives.

  5. Demonstrate and encourage administrative best practices.

  6. Provide critical secretariat support for strategic projects, especially where coordination and analysis are needed to ensure high-quality project implementation and delivery.

  7. Any other duties assigned.

What we're looking for
  1. Degree in Business, Finance or Biomedical Sciences preferred.

  2. At least 5 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy development or a related field.

  3. Resourceful and proactive team player with excellent planning and analytical skills.

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

  6. Ability to adopt a systems-level view, identify potential challenges and gaps, and propose reasonable mitigation or management measures/solutions will be an advantage.

  7. Proven project management expertise and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

  8. Experience in the healthcare or medical industry would be an advantage.
