- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals and other marketing materials.
- Assist in preparing documentation for investment transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial projections and investment performance reports.
- Assist in the due diligence process and incorporate the findings into a financial model.
- Assist in the monitoring and supporting of portfolio companies post-investment.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for investment products.
- Assist the assigned IC in resolving client issues and inquiries.
- Assist the assigned Investment Counselor in resolving client issues and inquiries.
- Assist the investment team in analyzing early stage technology companies.
- Assist with any troubleshooting activities regarding the same.
- Assist with correspondence to clients - quarterly meeting memos, topical briefs, etc..
- Assist with the development, implementation and execution of investment business plans.
