Job Scope:

• Source and assess local and overseas suppliers for machine components and materials.
• Identify new suppliers and evaluate current ones to maintain a qualified pool.
• Procure high-quality products, securing favorable prices, terms, and lead times.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring on-time deliveries and resolving quality issues.
• Coordinate supplier-led training for designers and engineers.
• Monitor project costings for accuracy and cost savings.
• Oversee inventory turnaround and Purchase Order Management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cost-effective and timely project deliveries.
• Adhere to procurement policies and handle administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate with related procurement experience in manufacturing/engineering/semiconductor industry is preferred
• Entry level is welcomed to apply, training provided.
