Zusammenfassung
A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to prepare financial reports and manage accounts payable and receivable. This role requires a diploma or degree in Accountancy along with at least three years of experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential for success.
Qualifikationen

- Prepare financial reports, balance sheet schedules, and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and handling petty cash.
- Provide administrative support for finance meetings and audits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheet schedules, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Post monthly journal entries and assist with general ledger tasks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and handling petty cash
- Maintain fixed asset and lease schedules
- Provide administrative support for finance meetings and audits
- Monitor debtor aging and follow up on outstanding accounts
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accountancy
- Min 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
