Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in accounting, audit, insolvency, or restructuring.
• Possess a recognized diploma or degree in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for conflict checks.
• Liaise with clients on required documents.
• Analyze historical and current financial performance.
• Review historical transactions.
• Investigate causes of insolvency.
• Assist with cash flow projections and client liquidity requirements.
• Liaise with government bodies like CPFB, IRAS, and MOM.
• Manage various corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements.
• Familiarize with insolvency laws.
• Assist Directors and Managers with administrative tasks.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy

ACCA or equivalent
