Job summary
A staffing agency in Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to handle billing processes, manage accounts, and provide administrative support to the finance department. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with solid skills in accounting software and Excel. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and related billing documents accurately.
- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and support the finance department.
