Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in fund administration industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong verbal and written English skill is a must; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sub-team in Singapore office and coordinate with relevant support teams.
• Provide CRM client relationship management.
• Ensure necessary controls for complete, accurate, timely fund administration services.
• Assist in pre-launch phase of new client fund vehicles.
• Oversee the timely completion of all funds’ audit.

Skills

Bachelor or Master level degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline

Professional qualified accountant

Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in fund administration industry

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role

Good communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written English skill

Flexibility and ability to multi-task

Advanced level MS Excel

Proficiency in using PFS-Paxus

Knowledge of transfer agency services, FATCA and CRS

Education
