Jobs Responsibilities

• Ensure all invoices and claims have appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Ensure all invoices and claims are made timely and accurately
• Process and/or verify expenses transactions and claims according to the payment rules and procedures
• Maintain accurate financial records and control reports
• Assists with monthly closing process and communication with the accounting department
• Prepare monthly reports (budget-related reports, monthly expenses report, entertainment expenses report, etc) to Management
• Oversee Fixed Assets Management
• Provide support to VP and ensure smooth running of all other services includes general administrative functions and, preparation and implementation of policies and procedures
• Provide accounting guidance to junior staff

Job Requirements

• Min. 5-6 years of AP experience in Banking industry
