Account Executive (Basic $4000/ West)
Job summary
A consulting firm located in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to manage full sets of accounts and daily finance operations. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or higher in Accountancy and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $3,500 – $4,000, along with benefits such as a variable bonus and annual leave.

Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts independently.
- Manage daily finance operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and post journal entries for accurate financial records.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

Handle full sets of accounts independently.
Manage daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and account reconciliations.
Process payments and support cash flow management.
Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
Perform and review intercompany and key account reconciliations.
Prepare and submit GST filings.
Generate sales reports, financial statements and management reports.
Support the implementation of a new ERP system.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents other stakeholders on financial matters.
Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in Accountancy or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with familiarity in accounting and related software.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
