You will coordinate between technicians, suppliers, and clients to uphold service quality, streamline operations, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Workshop Operations
  • Schedule and coordinate daily vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance in all workshop activities.
  • Ensure a smooth, continuous workflow to service all vehicles on schedule.
  • Act as a point of contact between workshop and customers.
  • Assign tasks to technicians based on workload
  • Assist the team in problem-solving related to day-to-day operations.
Inventory and Supplies Management
  • Monitor and control Inventory for tools, spare parts, and consumables
  • Control and monitor the inventory level for tools, spare parts, and
  • Procure parts from suppliers and ensure on-time delivery
  • Record stock consumption and report inventory status
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and vehicle history
  • Generate reports on workshop performance, including productivity, costs, and downtime
  • Track and document warranty claims and service agreements
Requirements:
