One of key Financial Services clients is looking for a Application Developer for a position based in Singapore.

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer with strong expertise in both front‑end and back‑end technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using modern frameworks and tools. This role requires hands‑on experience in Angular, ASP.NET Core, and relational databases, with a strong emphasis on clean coding practices and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain single‑page web applications using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core Web API and C#.
• Work with Entity Framework ORM to build efficient data access layers.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries against relational databases such as MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
• Apply clean coding principles and established design patterns to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in single‑page web application development using Angular (not AngularJS), JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS.
• At least 3 years of experience in .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Hands‑on experience with Entity Framework and relational database systems (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong understanding of clean coding principles and design patterns (e.g., Repository, Dependency Injection, MVC).
• Ability to work in agile environments and deliver solutions within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
