Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day logistics and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and lead a team to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • Plan and coordinate manpower and resources to meet operational targets and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely data updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and workflow for efficiency.
  • Enforce compliance with workplace safety and security regulations.
  • Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely logistics arrangements.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist with cycle counts and audits.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements to management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Familiar with WMS / ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good knowledge of shipping, documentation, and inventory control procedures.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced logistics environment and lead a team effectively.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday alternate, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
