Job summary

A leading beverage manufacturer in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Operator to manage inventory and support warehouse operations. Responsibilities include daily stock counts, handling traceability, and ordering materials. Candidates should have experience in inventory management and a secondary school education. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, with a forklift license as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling day-to-day inventory and traceability.
• Able to support warehouse operation actively.
• Forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Daily stock count and reconciliation with production.
• Performing traceability and updating incoming receiving.
• Ordering of daily OEM finished goods.
• Inputting issuance data into handheld device.

Job description

Admin

• Daily stock count & Reconciliation with production.
• Perform traceability
• Perform updating incoming receiving
• Supporting FG monthly stock count investigation

Warehouse Operation

• Ordering of daily OEM FG
• Arrange with sale team in local sale packing & collection
• Input issuance data into handheld device
• Perform issuance to van sale and packing
• Perform Cold-room FIFO with Organising & housekeeping
• Perform packing for export customer
• Checking and recording of cold-room temperature
• Issuance of RM/PM to production

Export loading & unloading

• Local Beans transfer
• Supporting export team in loading

Requirements/Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlook up, Pivot & formula) & Microsoft Words
• Experience in handling in day-to-day inventory, traceability and maintaining daily stock
• Experience in working at food and manufacturing
• Able to hands on and support warehouse operation
• At least secondary school education and can work as a team
• An advantage if you have forklift license
