Job Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Relationship
- Lead customer acquisition from multiple channels: online, walk-ins, partnerships (malls, developers, referrals).
- Set sales playbooks, targets, and incentive structures.
- Manage and oversee daily sales operations and team performance
- Develop and expand external business opportunities through client visits and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead, Train & Coach the Team
- Manage and grow a team of 10–20 sales interior designer.
- Conduct regular sales coaching and performance reviews.
- Identify top talent and develop them into future leaders.
- Execute Marketing & Promotions
- Work with marketing team to roll out local promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Launch referral and loyalty programmes to drive return sales.
- Report & Optimize
- Monthly sales reviews with senior management.
- Present plans and solutions when targets are missed.
- Own the P&L: Understand margin, cost, and ROI per campaign.
Requirements
We’re looking for a strong retail leader with:
- Min. 3 years of experience leading 15+ pax sales team (furniture, home interior, or luxury retail a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing store operations, team training, and customer service
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Strong leadership, decision-making and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of cabinet design or related products will be an advantage
- Preferably WSQ Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision (or equivalent experience)
- Singaporeans, Permanent Resident and EP-eligible foreign applicants welcome
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
