Job description

Hydro Paws Plus is the pioneer in hydrotherapy for small animals in Singapore. We are looking for like-minded individuals who are passionate about helping animals, especially those interested in rehabilitative and palliative care.

As this is a growing industry, there will be opportunities to further enhance your knowledge and career through education and training, and even be eligible for sponsorship for hydrotherapy certifications.

This is a full-time position with 5 work days per week from Friday to Tuesday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and implement individual treatment plans for our clients.
• Supervise and assist dogs during therapy sessions; ensure safety, comfort and effectiveness.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Record detailed session notes diligently.
• Provide guidance and support to pet owners regarding post session care and ongoing therapy.
• Operate and maintain hydrotherapy equipment (pool and under water treadmill).
• Maintain high standard of hygiene and safety standards within the facility.
• Assist in general facility duties as needed, including cleaning and customer service, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• You should have a minimum of 1 year experience working with dogs in either a vet clinic, rescue center or a grooming setup.
• You must be happy working as part of a team, take personal responsibility and have endless enthusiasm for working with animals, especially dogs.
• You must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, good attention to detail with good level of customer service.
