Job summary

A facilities maintenance company in Singapore is seeking an M&E Facilities Technician. Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical / Mechanical).
• Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works.
• Carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing M&E systems.
• Attend to defects and customers' complaints promptly.
• Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation.

Education

NTC/ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Vocational Certificate in Mechanical/Air-Con/Electrical/Building/Facility Management or maintenance

Job description

M&E Facilities Technician

• Up till $2700 basic + OT (Gross up till $3300) + Variable Bonus
• 4 days work week (2 x days shift, 8am to 8pm & 2 x night shift, 8pm to 8am)

The Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical / Mechanical).
• Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works.
• Carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing M&E systems.
• Attend to defects and customers' complaints promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
• Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
• Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.

The Requirements

• 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
• NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Building / Facility Management or maintenance
