Job summary

A national land use planning authority in Singapore is seeking a candidate to develop and manage learning programmes related to urban planning. Qualifications

  • Degree in urban planning or relevant disciplines.
  • Relevant experience in urban planning or learning and development.
  • Good written, visual and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • Familiar with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience in developing digital learning content is useful.
  • Passion for learning and interest in digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop learning plans and organize training programmes.
  • Curate new learning programmes and interactive digital content.
  • Work with stakeholders to create effective learning programmes.
  • Monitor training progress and manage training records.
  • Host local and overseas delegations for knowledge sharing.
  • Manage digital platforms for seamless learning.
