What you will be doing:

Hubble is looking to hire a Product Designer to help drive one of our product pillars’ design lifecycle. You will work closely with the Product Managers and Engineers to gain a deep understanding of our customers’ requirements in order to implement holistic design solutions to ease our customer pain points.

• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to plan optimal solutions to design problems that balance customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the scalability of our product lines across different product pillars in the platform. You’ll be working with a robust design system, to update, maintain and grow.
• Translate abstract ideas into tangible, high quality design solutions
• Design end-to-end flows and deliver polished, high fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
• Responsible for owning the product design for one of our product pillars, to be involved in all of the research, design and product development from product concept to launch.

What we need from you:

• At least 2 years of product design experience. Prior work in B2B or Enterprise product solutions is a plus.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your design process, expertise in design thinking, and the development of engaging user interfaces and experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer and Adobe XD. Skilled in creating high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to effectively convey design solutions.
• Possess a proactive attitude and a passion for driving innovative ideas, taking full ownership of your product.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment amidst varying levels of uncertainty.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Keen eye for visual design
