We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trust Administration Assistant to join our dynamic Trust Administration team. The Trust Administration Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and effective trust administration of trust accounts and work closely with and assist the Trust Administrator(s) in ensuring all the data of the clients, the trust structure and its assets are properly recorded and maintained.

[Your Role & Responsibilities]
  • Filing of trust related documents – e.g. bank statements, Trust Deeds etc.
  • Scanning of trust related documents – e.g. bank statements, Trust Deeds etc.
  • Opening and sorting of daily mails
  • Assist in storing scanned documents to ViewPoint and shared drive
  • Arranging for local / overseas courier
  • Archiving of past bank statements / transactions
  • Collate and arrange documents for certification as true copies
  • Collate and arrange for documents to be signed by authorized signatories
  • Arranging for the sealing of Trust Deeds
  • Set up files for new trust clients
  • Preparing payment instructions (with specific written guidance from the Trust Administrators)
  • Verification of monthly invoices for billing of both local & overseas courier charges.
  • And any other general day-to-day administrative support to the Trust administrators or as instructed by the Head of Trust or the Managing Director
