We are looking for positive and reliable members who are customer-oriented to join our Front of House team on a permanent part time basis. This means that you are a permanent employee who works for fixed hours on fixed days every week, between 25-33 hours. Example: 3 days/25 hours a week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

What you will do

• Warmly welcome and seat guests
• Take orders accurately
• Brew well-balanced cups of coffee
• Prepare and serve guests orders
• Provide excellent customer service and manage customer expectations well
• Communicate effectively and work well with team members
• Ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness of operational areas to ensure customer comfort
• Manage stock inventory
• Assist with kitchen prep
• Conduct other tasks where required
