Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedTesting & Commissioning Coordinatorto support the planning, execution, and documentation of signalling T&C activities for major railway projects in Singapore, such as theJurong Region Line (JRL),Cross Island Line (CRL), and theSingapore–Johor Bahru Rapid Transit System (RTS Link).

Reporting to the T&C Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all T&C tasks are tracked, aligned, and executed in coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. This is an ideal role for someone with strong coordination skills, technical understanding of signalling systems, and familiarity with T&C workflows in a regulated railway environment.

  • Assist the T&C Manager in thepreparation, coordination, and trackingof the overall T&C schedule and activities.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly testing activities withengineering teams, subcontractors, site supervisors, and clients.
  • Maintain detailed tracking tools and dashboards for testing status, resources, and progress across multiple project workstreams.
  • Support the preparation and review ofT&C documentation, including method statements, test procedures, checklists, and reports.
  • Ensure all required test tools, calibrated equipment, and resources are available on site for scheduled activities.
  • Monitor and track site test progress, document results, and follow up on corrective actions or punch-list items.
  • Facilitate site access, test permits, safety clearances, and logistic coordination for T&C teams.
  • Participate in and document key testing activities, such asFATs, Site Acceptance Tests, System Integration Tests, Dynamic Tests, and Trial Operations.
  • Assist in compiling test evidence for audits, safety submissions, and handover packages.
  • Support interface coordination with other systems (PSD, SCADA, telecoms, rolling stock) during integrated testing phases.
  • Work closely with LTA representatives and operator staff to coordinate witnessed testing and inspection schedules.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid
  • Diploma or Degree inElectrical Engineering, Electronics, Railway Systems, or related technical discipline.
  • 3–7 yearsof experience intesting & commissioningofrailway signalling systemsor related infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity withCBTC GoA 4systems and general railway T&C processes; Siemens system knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and MS Project) and document control tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder coordination.
  • Willingness to work on-site, including night shifts or weekends during critical testing periods.
  • Prior experience with Siemens CBTC solutions or similar signaling platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LTA regulations, safety requirements, and testing & commissioning (T&C) documentation standards will be an advantage.
