• Ensure that all facilities are in proper working order.
• Attend to tenants and patrons’ requests and feedback.
• Supervise maintenance and repairs works carried out by external service providers.

Job description

6. Attend to tenants and patrons’ requests and feedback on all building and M&E related matters.
7. Supervise maintenance and repairs works carried out by external service providers.

Requirements

1. Minimum Nitec certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities Management or relevant disciplines
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
