Job summary

A travel retail company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support roster management and perform various administrative duties. The ideal applicant should have at least 1 year of experience in administration, possess good interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.   • Prepare and send out Brand BA rosters.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support roster management together with the talent support manager (operations)
  • Organize, compile and update staff movements across terminals or new hire information in their new brands and location.
  • Plan and prepare roster for any new hire and retail staff orientation and training.
  • Juggle day to day administrative duties, such as providing information or respond to queries on talent-operation issues such as roster/shifts/operation guidelines.
  • Support the Talent Team in ensuring manpower optimization across all terminals. i.e transfer of staff when there is request from other terminals or Brand Vendor and rescheduling trainings and to ensure coverage is sufficient.
  • Monitor and update Daily Tracker from individual terminals, update of e-timesheet and e-leave for the staff.
  • Prepare and send out Brand BA roster to the brand upon request.
  • Ensure and reinforce consistent practice for sales operation administrative processes across all terminals.
