What You'll Do:

• Use solid tailoring skills to alter and finish garments accurately and professionally.

• Understand customer needs and provide clear, helpful guidance during fittings.

• Complete all alterations according to brand standards and quality expectations.

• Perform a range of alterations, including tapering, lining, adjusting seams, straps, or lapels, and modifying garment structure when needed.

• Conduct precise fittings that ensure comfort and a well-balanced garment.

• Meet agreed timelines for all alterations while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

• Communicate effectively with store management and team members to support smooth operations and great customer service.
