Job description

Job Purpose

The System Implementation & IT Infrastructure Specialist will support the end-to-end implementation of enterprise systems (such as ERP, HRMS, Finance, CRM, and other business applications) as well as IT infrastructure initiatives. This role includes system configuration, data migration, testing, go-live support, infrastructure setup, and post-implementation stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in system implementation projects from planning through go-live
• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Support system configuration and setup as per approved requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation
• Conduct system testing (SIT and UAT) and resolve defects
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training materials
• Deliver end-user training and provide go-live support
• Monitor system performance and support post-implementation issues
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security, and audit requirements

End-User Support

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot system, network, and hardware issues
• Support users during system rollout and post go-live
• Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements
• Maintain documentation and track all system and infrastructure changes

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in system or ERP implementation projects
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and end-user support
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Knowledge of SDLC and implementation methodologies
