Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the inventory planning process, including demand forecasting, replenishment planning and stock optimization
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers and customers while ensuring accurate cost and pricing management
  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Operations teams to align inventory with business needs, customer requirements and market trends
  • Monitor, track and analyze demand patterns to recommend timely adjustments
  • Prepare inventory performance reports with insights on trends, risk and opportunities to Management Team
  • Maintain accurate master data and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
  • Drive continuous improvements in inventory planning processes, systems and reporting
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in F&B or FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of best practice inventory management and safety stock policies
  • Advanced level in Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on professional with strong ERP knowledge and application skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
