We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to manage and optimize supply chain operations across the APAC region, with a strategic focus on supporting the India market. This role involves close coordination with logistics partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain processes.
Lead supply chain activities specific to India, including coordination with local 3PLs, customs agents, and delivery partners to ensure smooth import/export operations and timely local distribution.
Oversee and optimize supply chain operations across APAC, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of products.
Work closely with third‑party logistics providers on inventory management, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and last‑mile delivery across India and APAC.
Partner with procurement, logistics, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals, especially for India market expansion and support.
Use SAP HANA to monitor and improve supply chain processes, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and timely reporting.
Manage drop shipment processes, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and customers, with special attention to India‑specific requirements.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions, with regular reviews of India market performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners in India and APAC to ensure high service levels and responsiveness.
Stay informed on regional and India‑specific regulations, trade policies, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, highlighting India market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
