Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in business development, managerial, or customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales from new and existing key accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set sales objectives with support from other departments.
  • Responsible for realizing annual sales/business targets.
  • Prospect for potential opportunities and ensure follow‑up efforts from the team.
  • Present job proposals to key customers and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Active involvement in the company’s marketing efforts.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key accounts.
  • Resolve service issues with customers as appropriate.
  • Build, develop, and manage the sales team.
  • Develop and implement sales policies and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to meet customers’ requirements.
