Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in conference production / similar role.
• Able to commit longer working hours i.e., weekends during event period.
• Comfortable with travelling once every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Research and curate conference programmes aligned with industry trends.
• Conduct in-depth market research and gather industry intelligence.
• Identify target audiences and potential sponsors for events.
• Source and secure high-quality speakers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content marketing.
• Oversee execution of conferences on event day.
• Build and maintain relationships with speakers, sponsors, and delegates.
• Manage and mentor a Conference Executive.
