Job description

Store Manager

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a successful retail store to drive sales, customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of the store's performance, from staff management and inventory control to budget oversight and achieving key business targets.

Key responsibilities
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  2. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and mentoring as needed
  3. Implement effective inventory management processes to optimise stock levels and minimise wastage
  4. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and drive sales growth
  5. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive in-store experience that builds brand loyalty
  6. Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and compliance with company policies and procedures
  7. Develop and execute store-level marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall and sales
  8. Manage the store's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
What we’re looking for
  1. 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry

  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
