Hourly rate: $12.09/hr

Positions Available: Part-Time (To commit at least 16 hours/week), able to commit both weekends (Sat & Sun) & a plus if you can commit 34 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high level of customer experience showing off your uniqueness, your shining personality and teaming up with co-workers to provide an excellent journey to our consumers
• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Maintaining personal and productivity goals
• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

• Tertiary education graduates (1 year of experience in Retail is a plus)
• Confident, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated to achieve great results
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities with minimal supervision
