  • Trading & Sales Management– Develop and manage a profitable Urea related trading book for Asian markets.
  • Sourcing & Procurement– Identify, negotiate, and secure supply from reliable global producers.
  • Market Development– Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management– Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis– Monitor regional market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform trading decisions.
  • Logistics & Compliance– Coordinate with logistics, finance, legal, and safety to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
Profile

We are seeking an experienced Nitrogen Sourcing & Trading Manager, Asia, to support growing our Asia nitrogen fertilizer trading operation, with a focus on Urea related product. This role involves overseeing sourcing, sales, market development, and client relationship management to drive profitability and sustainable growth. This role will report to Senior Director of Nitrogen Sourcing & Trading, Asia, in Singapore.

Additional Information
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in fertilizer trading or agricultural commodities.
  • Strong network in the fertilizer industry.
  • In‑depth knowledge of global fertilizer markets and trading mechanisms.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure trading environment.
  • Understanding of international logistics and shipping practices.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
