Are you social media‑savvy with a good understanding of how content and brands perform on digital platforms? We are looking for a Social Media Executive (Contract) to support and manage client social media accounts across multiple platforms. This role is suitable for someone who is hands‑on, organised, and eager to grow their experience in an agency environment.

Responsibilities:
A. Social Media management & support:
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across key social platforms mainly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Write captions and prepare creative assets to suit different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
  • Monitor and engage with online audiences through comments, DMs, and platform features
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and formats, and skew them to client’s social content
  • Regularly review competitor and industry content to stay informed on best practices and trends
B. Content Coordination:
  • Assist in the rollout of social media campaigns that align with broader brand or marketing objectives
  • Work closely with internal creative team to ensure content is delivered smoothly and on schedule
  • Support the coordination of content requirements and timelines, including basic shoot logistics when needed
  • Keep track of platform updates and social media best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effective
C. Reporting & Administrative Support:
  • Assist in preparing monthly social media performance summaries for clients
  • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and content performance
  • Support internal documentation, presentations, and status updates related to social media deliverables
Requirements:
  • Social media–savvy with an interest in content creation and digital trends, and an eye for what works on social platforms
  • Some hands‑on experience (internship included) in social media, community management, or content‑related roles
  • Good understanding of major social media platforms and emerging trends across digital channels
  • A creative thinker with a strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable reviewing performance data and drawing basic insights
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, or other social media tools, with openness to learning new platforms
