Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company in Singapore seeks an SMT Quality Engineer to represent the quality function for technical support and oversee SMT process improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• 5 years related experience in SMT/PCBA Manufacturing.
• Knowledge in Product Quality / Process Quality / Customer Quality required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SMT process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SMT process issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product quality.
• Conduct process capability studies and statistical process control.
• Train and mentor production staff on SMT processes.
