Site Manager / Construction Manager

Responsibilities
  • The Site Manager is responsible for the organization and supervision of all site work in cooperation with the Project Manager.
  • Assist in work scheduling, material requisition planning and project supervision.
  • Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations including site progress, quality, safety and project cost monitoring.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.
  • Assist Project Manager to liaise and coordinate with Consultant regarding submission reports and facilitate HDB audits.
  • Assist Project Manager to organize respective site operational meetings related to project matters.
  • Compilation of the construction plan MOS and implementation of project management and quality management systems.
  • Lead teams to perform and deliver on time in accordance with the project master programme.
  • Plan and ensure daily manpower is sufficient to fulfill project deliveries and installations.
  • Monitor equipment usage and allocation.
  • Monitor work progress and provide weekly reports during meetings.
Requirements
  • At least a Diploma, preferably in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in structuring and engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage effectively.
