Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks an Administrative Support personnel for site-based roles. The candidate will provide clerical support, manage documentation, and liaise with team members. Requirements include Nitec in Business Administration and at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in construction. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and attention to detail are essential. Immediate starters preferred. Competitive salary up to SGD 3,000 per month plus bonuses.

Work Location: Choa Chu Kang, Singapore
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 per month + Variable Bonus (VB)

1. Key Purpose of the Role
  • Provide site-based administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Coordinate with the project manager, site team, and main office on documentation and procurement matters.
  • Maintain accurate and timely submission of project-related records and clearances.
2. Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties and clerical support for site personnel.
  • Assist in documentation, record-keeping, and submission of clearance documents (e.g., DSTA clearance).
  • Liaise with the main office staff for procurement of required materials and supplies.
  • Prepare and manage site correspondence, reports, and filing systems.
  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating site activities and ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Requirements
  • Minimum Nitec in Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience; prior experience in construction projects or handling DSTA clearance will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and handle site-based working conditions.
  • Candidates who are able to start immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
