Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR and administrative operations in compliance with Singapore government regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to MOM rules, Employment Act, CPF, and IRAS requirements.
  • Handle SAT-related compliance, documentation, and audits as applicable.
  • Support recruitment administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Act as point of contact for employee HR queries and policy clarifications.
  • Support visa, work pass, and renewal processes where required.
  • Assist in HR reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions.
  • Provide general office administration support aligned with HR operations.
