Job summary

A leading tech company in Singapore is looking for an experienced APAC Accounting Team Lead to oversee financial reporting and compliance. You will ensure accurate statutory reporting, manage a team, and drive process improvements utilizing AI and automation. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and qualifications like CPA or CA. This position requires strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS and the ability to engage with various corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• 6+ years of experience managing teams and developing staff.
• Experience with process improvements using AI or automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Accounting Team and manage statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls.
• Prepare local statutory financial statements and audit planning.
