Job summary

A well-established recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Sales Support professional to handle enquiries, generate quotations, and process orders. The candidate should possess a Diploma and at least one year of relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and manage logistics documentation. The role includes coordinating with the Logistics Department and ensuring prompt processing of invoices, with a salary ranging from $2800 to $3000 plus bonuses. Company transport is provided, and working hours are from 8:15 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Diploma or equivalent, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales enquiries, generate quotations, and coordinate order consolidation.
  • Ensure customer’s order is promptly processed and invoiced accurately on a timely basis.
  • Prepare and organize shipping documents for export shipping clearance.
  • Provide timely updates on the cargoes estimated arrival / departure dates to all stakeholders.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters.
  • Ensure all invoices from external service providers are promptly submitted to Accounts for processing.
  • Assist in processing warranty and insurance claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and shipping documents.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize shipping documents for export shipping clearance (including Bill of Lading, packing list, shipping certificate, declaration, certificate of origin, marine insurance)
  • Provide timely updates on the cargoes estimated arrival / departure dates to all stakeholders
  • Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters
  • Ensure all invoices from all external service providers (eg. freight forwarders) are promptly submitted to the Accounts department for processing
  • Assist in processing warranty and insurance claims
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and shipping documents
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned
