Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in fresh‑chilled environments.
• Proven experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 10–25 production operators.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor line performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
