Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer focused on vehicle damage reports.   • Required to investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.
  • Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
  • Required to assist with any other tasks assigned by supervisor
