Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for scientific and/or biopharmaceutical equipment;
• Provide technical consultation to customers;
• Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline;
• Prepare service reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance;
• Ideally process experience in similar industry (Scientific / Biopharmaceutical / Medical);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently and a team player;
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen;
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
